What CSR means for E'nergys
Our commitment to CSR is at the heart of who we are. E’nergys is a sister company of the SOCOMEC Group, which has integrated the economic and societal pillars of CSR into its family business culture for over a century. The environmental pillar is at the heart of the strategic development of SOCOMEC. It is also at the heart of the E’nergys mission: To act to safeguard our environmental and economic future by helping our customers accelerate their energy transition. One of the key priorities of the E’nergys 2025 strategic plan, endorsed by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, is to establish a unified CSR culture and policy across all E’nergys activities.

Partnership
Our partners
Télémaque
Established in 2005 in collaboration with the French Ministry of Education, Télémaque helps to strengthen social mobility in France by empowering thousands of young people from disadvantaged areas to succeed.
E’nergys supports this initiative by helping 10 young people find their way through our mentoring system. Our employees can become mentors for committed and motivated middle and high school students. Mentors play an active role in promoting equal opportunities.
APF France Handicap
E’nergys has initiated a collaborative project to install a MyFood connected greenhouse at its Illkirch-Graffenstaden site, in support of the APF France Handicap association.
The project will run throughout 2024, with the participation of all E’nergys employees.
