E’nergys strengthens its communications with the arrival of Nelly BERTRAND

 

In 2024, as it celebrates its 10th anniversary, the E’nergys Group is entering a new phase of growth, with 300 employees across 9 sites and a 2023 revenue of €36 million—an increase of over 20% compared to 2022. With a unified brand and a new business-line-driven organization, E’nergys is set to accelerate its national and international growth across its three core sectors: energy efficiency, environmental transition, and decarbonization. As part of this expansion strategy, E’nergys announces the appointment of Nelly Bertrand as Communications Manager, a newly created role, effective as of September 1, 2024. Reporting to Wilfried Thevenot, Marketing Director, Nelly will oversee both external and internal communications. She is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, promoting the employer brand, and fostering the internal cohesion of the E’nergys Group.

As part of her role, Nelly is in charge of managing the E’nergys brand on a 360° basis, both in France and internationally. To achieve this, she aims to enhance E’nergys’ visibility and awareness within its ecosystem and key target groups, aligning with its positioning as a strong and distinctive brand. In line with E’nergys’ ambitious growth plans, Nelly’s role also involves implementing and managing an internal communications strategy to unite, engage, and inspire employees around the company’s new identity and organizational structure, set to launch in the summer of 2024.

Career path

Nelly Bertrand, 44, holds a DIUT diploma in Marketing Science from the University of Bordeaux Montaigne and a specialized post-graduate degree in Corporate Communications from the Bernom Institute. With over 15 years of experience in communications, she has specialized in supporting organizations through major cultural transformations, including mergers and rebranding efforts. Her range of significant experience includes Internal & External Communications Manager at Figaro Classifieds from 2011 to 2017, and Internal & Corporate Communications Manager at French optical lens manufacturer BBGR from 2018 to 2023. Before joining E’nergys on September 1, Nelly Bertrand served as Head of Internal Communications Wholesale France for EssilorLuxottica, the world leader in ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses.
