E’nergys renforce sa direction commerciale et marketing #2

To sustain its strong growth momentum, the E’nergys Group, a national leader in Global and Sustainable Performance, is strengthening its sales and marketing organization. With this in mind, it announces the promotion of Cyril Heroult to Sales Director and the appointment of Wilfried Thevenot as Marketing Director. Both will work in synergy, under the direction of Jacques Gros, Sales & Marketing Director and member of the E’nergys Group Executive Committee. These newly created roles align with the E’nergys Group’s strategy of placing customers at the core of its organization. The goal is to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and effectively support them in their energy-saving efforts. By 2025, the Group aims to establish itself as a leading player in energy performance and decarbonization for SMEs, ETIs, and major accounts across the service, retail, and industrial sectors in France.

Previously Sales Director at Impulse, a design office specializing in energy and water and a subsidiary of the E’nergys Group, Cyril Heroult expanded his role in January 2024 to oversee all E’nergys sales teams while continuing his existing duties. His mission is to cultivate a new sales culture, streamline sales processes, and unify the sales force around innovative “turnkey” solutions, all driven by a strongly customer-centric approach. His role is to increase the E’nergys Group’s commercial efficiency and visibility in the national business energy transition market.Its key priorities for 2024 include stepping up sales efforts in close collaboration with marketing, implementing new tools and processes, and expanding the sales team in Western and Southeastern France.
Career path
A graduate of the Institut Supérieur du Marketing, Cyril Heroult, 50, brings two decades of expertise in sales management, spanning sales force structuring, the implementation of sales tools and techniques, and the coordination of commercial operations. His notable career includes a progressive tenure at ABB, a global leader in electrification and automation technologies, where he served as Sales Director from 2010 to 2016, Food & Beverage Segment Director from 2016 to 2020, and again as Sales Director from 2020 to 2023. He joined the E’nergys Group’s Impulse design office in February 2023 as Sales Director.

With some fifteen years’ experience in Marketing & Sales, Wilfried Thevenot has just joined the E’nergys Group as Marketing Director.His key duties include developing and driving a customer-centric marketing strategy while enhancing the efficiency of the Group’s offerings, particularly its turnkey solutions, which leverage the Group’s extensive expertise and capabilities. He is responsible for developing and implementing new high-impact offerings in a constantly changing regulatory environment. Wilfried’s role is also to illustrate the quality, credibility and performance of E’nergys Group solutions by anticipating customer needs. Its top priorities for 2024 include fostering strong synergies between sales and marketing, embedding a customer-centric mindset across all teams, and enhancing the customer experience to drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Career path
With his blend of technical and managerial expertise, Wilfried, 37, an engineer trained at ENSGI, brings a comprehensive 360° view of marketing from market analysis to the development of new offerings, while also understanding the technical challenges and issues faced by customers. His extensive professional experience includes serving as Product Manager at Somfy France from 2010 to 2014, followed by a progression from Market Manager at De Dietrich Thermique (2014-2018) to Marketing & Communications Manager at BDR Thermea France, a De Dietrich Thermique brand, from 2018 to 2021. Before joining the E’nergys Group in January 2024, Wilfried held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at DIFAC, a French specialist in personal protective equipment (PPE) since March 2022.

Our ambition to achieve sales in excess of 50 million euros by 2025 has prompted us to strengthen our sales and marketing organization. These appointments reflect our commitment to building a strongly customer-focused organization dedicated to delivering even greater value in our energy performance solutions. Cyril’s promotion and Wilfried’s appointment will introduce a fresh sales culture and dynamic, driving our growth in the energy transition market, particularly with the momentum created by the Eco-Energie Tertiaire and BACS decrees.
