Uniting teams and taking on new challenges with Frédérique Lemay as HR Director
Involving employees in the new shared culture
With a unified brand, a business-focused structure, and its first subsidiary in Canada, E’nergys – wielding a workforce of 300 employees across 9 sites and generating €45 million in revenue in 2023 – aims to accelerate its national and international growth across its three core sectors: energy efficiency, environmental transition, and decarbonization. Recognizing the importance of engaging its employees in its transformation and identifying future talent, E’nergys is pleased to announce the appointment of Frédérique Lemay as Human Resources Director, effective September 4. Reporting to Thibault Sadouet, E’nergys Deputy Managing Director, Frédérique Lemay succeeds Magali Canli. Her brief is to engage employees in E’nergys’ new shared culture and ambitions, creating greater value and purpose together, while supporting and accelerating the ecological transition of businesses.
Steering E’nergys’ human resources management strategy
As a “Business Partner,” working closely with General Management and Business Line Managers, Frédérique Lemay will steer E’nergys’ human resources strategy on a 360° basis, from shaping HR policy and ensuring compliance with legal and CSR obligations to implementing talent development initiatives. She is responsible for aligning practices, integrating employees into the unique E’nergys brand, and strengthening the employer brand by promoting its four core values: responsibility, openness, commitment, and perseverance, with the aim of attracting and retaining top talent. Over the coming few months, Frédérique plans to implement a plan to acquire new skills, step up school relations and initiate the talent pathway.

As an HR professional and mother of three, I’m excited to play a key role in managing the human capital of a skyrocketing company committed to “preserving our economic and environmental future and accelerating the energy transition of businesses.” My ambition is to contribute to E’nergys’ appeal in order to attract and retain new talent, eager to develop and achieve within our group.
