E’nergys renforce son engagement RSE #2

Kristell Lavenan: our key CSR person
Taking advantage of an internal mobility opportunity, our employee Kristell Lavenan became our first key CSR person, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our sustainable development journey.
CSR: a new turning point for E’nergys
Robust CSR governance
A dedicated CSR working group was formed to develop innovative CSR proposals. These are then submitted to our CSR Steering Committee for validation and implementation. This strong collaboration across all levels of our organization highlights our collective and inclusive approach to CSR initiatives.
Kristell Lavenan has proactively led CSR self-assessments for each E’nergys Group entity, working closely with our Executive Committee (COMEX). This comprehensive approach allowed us to assess our current practices through the seven pillars of CSR, paving the way for our very first CSR brochure.
The next step was to co-construct a CSR roadmap for the period 2024-2026. A working group was set up to define concrete actions, objectives and indicators relating to these priority themes. In fact, this ambitious roadmap will be rolled out as early as May 2024.
Hands-on action to anchor CSR culture within the E’nergys group
- 14 facilitators have been trained in the Fresque du Climat workshops, enabling us to raise awareness among 140 of our employees by 2023.
- We also organized a webinar to raise CSR awareness among all our employees.
- Plus, a sustainable development project was launched in partnership with a local association in Strasbourg. The project aims to set up a connected greenhouse on the association’s site, illustrating our desire to take concrete action for the environment.MyFood
Our ambitions for 2024
Beyond developing and implementing our CSR roadmap, we plan to collaborate with the Télémaque association to launch mentoring initiatives, engaging our employees in a meaningful journey of support and knowledge sharing. This initiative mirrors our ongoing commitment to sustainable development and corporate responsibility.
