Electrical maintenance of Reden Solar’s solar power plants
E’nergys, Reden Solar’s strategic partner for solar site reliability
Founded in 2008, Reden Solar, both an electricity producer and solar panel manufacturer, is now accelerating its development, from the inauguration of a new assembly plant in 2024 to the rise of agrivoltaic solutions, such as greenhouses, which it pioneered, to support its strong growth ambitions in France and internationally.
With a view to controlling its entire value chain, from engineering to construction and maintenance, Reden Solar relies on expert and certified partners to optimize service continuity, including E’nergys, a national player in sustainable performance and sister company of SOCOMEC, since 2019 for high-voltage (HV) substations and cells. E’nergys currently manages the HV maintenance of more than 50 Reden Solar power plants, from Marseille to Bordeaux, with complete efficiency and autonomy!
Rémi Sachot, Operations and Maintenance Manager at Reden Solar, tells us: “In order to maximize production and ensure the longevity of our equipment, we rely on a diverse panel of partners who are experts in their field and firmly rooted in their local areas. With its experience, expertise, and regional network in the south, east, and west of France, E’nergys guarantees us regular and consistent high-voltage maintenance, ensuring the safety of people and property and continuity of service.”
E’nergys, high-voltage maintenance experts dedicated to solar performance
ISO 9001 certified, E’nergys has unrivalled experience in multi-brand high-voltage maintenance and can therefore work on all types of cells and installers. For Reden Solar, for example, E’nergys provides level 3 and 4 maintenance services for high-voltage substations and cells, i.e., tasks that require technical expertise and extensive knowledge of processes and equipment. E’nergys is a proactive company, offering a wide range of services, from preventive maintenance to troubleshooting. Rémi Sachot: “Proof of E’nergys’ extensive expertise is that its teams have in-depth knowledge of the latest generation of high-voltage dry-type transformers.”
Today, E’nergys provides high-voltage maintenance for more than 50 Reden Solar power plants, with interventions every two years. This ensures that Reden Solar benefits from the best service continuity and maintains its equipment over time, while anticipating breakdowns and identifying the appropriate investments through technical reports. Rémi Sachot adds: “As a service provider since 2019, E’nergys stands out for its in-depth knowledge of our sites, its responsive organization, and its fluid communication, which are essential for the maintenance of the high-voltage electrical chains at our solar power plants in southwestern and southeastern France.”
Loïc Singla, Maintenance Technician at E’nergys, concludes: “Beyond establishing our expertise in the maintenance of high-voltage substations and cells, this partnership allows us to enrich our experience in optimizing the performance and sustainability of photovoltaic power plants. Indeed, our group, which specializes in sustainable performance, aims to cover the entire energy spectrum, particularly B2B solar energy, in order to become the sole partner for the decarbonization of French private and public companies with a comprehensive offering.”
