Helping industry and construction to become carbon neutral

France is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. This requires in-depth decarbonization of industry and construction, i.e. the largest greenhouse gas-emitting sectors, to meet national climate goals. To support these key sectors in achieving carbon neutrality, E’nergys, under its unified brand and new organization, announces the promotion of Delphine Guédon to Director of Consulting.

360° management of one of the Group’s historic businesses

Reporting to Martin Villemot, E’nergys’ Chief Operating Officer, Delphine Guédon will oversee the comprehensive management of the Group’s core business. Her role spans the full spectrum of energy and environmental performance projects, both upstream and downstream, serving industrial, service, and public sector clients. In addition to managing the business, Delphine is in charge of the operational management of this business line, which has a team of 45 employees, providing an unrivalled skills pool for carrying out audits, drawing up objective-centric roadmaps, defining the resources to be implemented and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Consulting business stands out through its cross-disciplinary expertise, which can be tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of energy efficiency and environmental quality projects in industrial utilities, construction, and energy systems. With regulations accelerating fast, our Consulting business is poised for growth, driven by new environmental regulations such as RE2020, the European CSRD directive, which mandates companies with over 250 employees and €50 million in sales to measure their environmental and social impact, and the results-based requirements of the Tertiary Sector Decree, along with the means-based obligations of the BACS Decree on the energy performance of tertiary buildings, including offices, retail spaces, logistics centers, and public establishments.

Faced with a changing climate and increasingly limited resources, French companies must accelerate their transition to a low-carbon economy. This shift will help them reduce dependence on fossil fuels, mitigate supply chain tensions and rising prices, and stay in compliance with evolving regulations. Our role is to support them over the long term in their environmental transition, turning it into an opportunity to enhance the value of their real estate assets and means of production, and increase their competitive edge on the international stage.
