Benfeld, March 12, 2024 – Genersys is now rebranding  as E’nergys, a national player in the energy transition, which Genersys joined in 2017. Louis Steyert, Managing Director of the E’nergys Solutions Division, explains:“This transformation reflects our evolving positioning and ambitions during a period of strong growth, with our revenue set to double to €9 million by 2023. Building on the recent integrations of RC3I and Domocore, the E’nergys Solutions Division is poised to become the leading provider of turnkey energy efficiency solutions for French SMEs, SMIs, and ISEs by 2025, with a target revenue exceeding €15 million.”With this new name and an upcoming logo refresh, the specialist in automation and intelligent management of commercial and industrial buildings aims to enhance simplicity, operational efficiency, and brand visibility. Its goal is to better connect with a broad audience, from its core target of French SMEs, SMIs, and ISEs to partners and industry specifiers.

A “turnkey” offer to remove the obstacles to energy transition for SMEs, SMIs and ISEs!

Founded in Strasbourg in 2003 and acquired in 2017 by the E’nergys Group, Genersys, which is now adopting the group’s name, is taking a new step in its development to reach critical size and thus weigh in on the national market boosted by new regulations such as the BACS and Eco Energie Tertiaire decrees. Wielding a unique blend of expertise in financial engineering, energy solutions, and automation – supported by a team of over 50 employees across five branches – the E’nergys Solutions Division stands apart in the market with its turnkey building energy efficiency solutions. These include connected BMS, relamping, and boiler-room upgrades, all financed through the energy savings they generate. Additionally, we offer a range of value-added services, including E’nergys Manager, which provides tailored, step-by-step support to SMEs, SMIs and ISEs in their efforts to reduce energy consumption, from energy monitoring to action implementation and regulatory compliance. As an alternative to the major players in the market, the E’nergys Solutions Division relies on the expertise of its teams, local presence and proactive support for its customers, combining energy efficiency and budgetary efficiency with a commitment to results. Louis Steyert adds, “To eliminate barriers to the energy transition for SMEs, SMIs and ISE such as regulatory complexity, limited time, resources, or financial constraints, the E’nergys Solutions Division offers the managers of these companies, who are increasingly attentive to environmental issues, a dedicated nation-wide point of contact. This expert simplifies and oversees the implementation of building energy efficiency projects, ensuring a seamless process without risks, wasted time, or impact on cash flow.”Like this, the E’nergys Solutions Division is able to support SMEs, SMIs and ISEs across the entire energy performance value chain for their commercial or industrial buildings.

New ambitions for growth!

Following the integration of RC3I and the acquisition of Domocore in summer 2023, the E’nergys Solutions Division is set to continue its expansion in France, drive sales growth, and play a pivotal role in advancing the energy transition for French SMEs, SMIs, and ISEs. We are currently exploring the opening of branches in key French cities such as Marseille and Lille, aiming to expand our national presence and potentially pursue new acquisitions. In addition, the E’nergys Solutions Division is looking to recruit around twenty new talents in 2024 to strengthen its team. Additionally, with support from the E’nergys Group’s R&D department and new partners, the Solutions Division is leveraging its innovation strategy to build  cutting-edge technologies like IoT, AI, Big Data, and more, into its BMS offering, set to launch in 2024.

“Rebranding as E’nergys – a symbol of commitment, proximity, and innovation – both reflects our growing expertise in energy performance contracting and presents an incredible opportunity to accelerate our development, positioning us as a leading independent player in France,” says Louis Steyert, Deputy Director of the E’nergys Solutions Division.
