Background

As part of the construction of a day centre (ALSH), the Trégueux municipality wanted an environmentally-friendly building to provide high-quality childcare, while at the same time committing to an exemplary environmental approach.

Goals

The Trégueux municipality called upon the expertise of E'nergys alongside the Saba Architextes agency to:

Build an environmentally-friendly facility
which could welcome 115 children for extracurricular activities and an average of 110 children in day camps

Our response

E’nergys carried out HVAC/Sanitary Plumbing and Building Environmental Quality project management:

  • HVAC/Sanitary Plumbing design engineering
  • RT2012 and energy supply feasibility studies
  • Dynamic thermal simulations in the preliminary and final design phases
  • E+C- calculations
  • Partial EXE (HVAC/Sanitary Plumbing)

High-performance technical equipment based on sustainable energy sources: wood pellet boiler, double-flow ventilation, PV production (20 kWp)

Low-carbon building systems: Timber frame + cellulose wadding
